While working at the Germany office I was able to break away on the weekend and participate in the Grunewald Run. It was a perfect course, all off-road, and through the woods right outside of Berlin.
One of the craziest moments of the run was a long stretch through a dense part of the forest where gentlemen stood along the course with large sticks. Their job was to fight off the wild boars that live in the area to protect us while running through….all it made me do is run MUCH faster!!!
