Warranty Information

Our manufacturers offer a “one year” limited warranty on all products. Please note however, that some products have an even longer warranties of approximately 2-8 years!

Usually, all our sale items will have 12 Month expiration or greater. However, many items, such as eye wash, cold packs and burn items are good for many years. Other items, such as bandages, may have no expiration dates at all. The possible exceptions to the 12 Month guarantee are sale or clearance items or if specifically noted in the listings.
*** 2022 update / Due to supply chain issues and unavailability of certain important first aid component items, some kits may ship with less than 12 Month expiration due to the need to build kits with available stock. This will only affect a few items within the kits, but we will always date the entire kit based upon the shortest dated item within. If expiration dates of entire kit are critical during this time of scarcity, please call in Toll Free to check expiration of available stock before ordering. ***

Returns – No Real Hassle Here

“If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your product selection, please return it within 30 days. We will refund the purchase price, exchange it, or give you store credit, whichever you prefer.” Please note that: original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow 7-15 business days to receive your refund after product has been returned, also note Holydays may pose a longer time in business return days. A return received after 30 days will be denied and subject to restocking fees and other charges by Sam Safetysource.com. Please note that: returned products must be in original packaging, unopened, unused, undamaged and in saleable condition. Food, Water, Medications, Medical Devices, Custom Products, Special Order items, DVDs/CDs/Videos & Oxygen cannot be returned or exchanged, therefore choose your products wisely. Please note that to ensure prompt processing of returned items, only pre-authorized returns can be accepted. If you wish to return an item due to manufacturer warranty issues, or transit damages, please send a detail information via email.

Modifications and Cancellations

At Samsafetysource.com we are unable to cancel or modify orders after they have entered our fulfillment process. If your order is backordered or not shipping for three or more business days, please contact us via email, and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request. If you no longer need an item in your order, please return it under our No Hassle Returns Policy.
