Psalms 71:5

You are my hope, O Lord God; You are my trust from my youth.

When you are in the middle of trials, everyone family or friends seems to have an opinion, a suggestion or a personal solution. At times the attitudes and comments may even come across as being a bit judgmental.

However during trials, just like the psalmist explains we must remain hopeful.  Sure our trials shows us our weakness and often the suffering of trials can be very challenging even detrimental.  The psalmist in verse 20 explains the goodness and the reason why we need to trust God even more through our tough trials. “Though you have made me see troubles, many and bitter, you will restore my life again; from the depths of the earth you will bring me up (NIV).”

Going through some difficult moments, overwhelming trials lately?  Does it seems that these trials are your only focus? Do what the psalmist did, focus on God; His character, His power and His faithfulness. Trust God, His strength and his Power.
